Turkey Avocado and Pepper Wraps

Avocado Turkey Wrap


  • 4 low–carb tortillas, 8 to 10 inches in diameter
  • 4 tablespoons flavored light mayonnaise
  • ½ head green leaf lettuce
  • 12 slices deli-style turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 yellow peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup roasted red bell pepper strips, drained


  1. Spread about 1 tablespoons of mayonnaise on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Place several lettuce leaves on each tortilla, and top with 3 slices of turkey.
  3. Arrange avocado and yellow pepper slices on top of turkey slices. Spread red onions and red pepper strips over avocado.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla burrito style.
  5. Secure the rolls with a toothpick and cut each in half diagonally.
